- In accordance with the restaurant's pet use regulations, the use of a carrier (cage or sling bag) or stroller is required.
- When walking pets, it is mandatory to wear a leash , and to maintain pet etiquette with non-pet owners, it is the guardian's responsibility to clean up after their dog .
- Depending on the on-site situation, the watermill canoe (optional) can accommodate 2 people at a time. For those who do not use the canoe, it can be replaced with using the Full Moon Café or taking a walk around the area.
- In accordance with the pet etiquette regulations, the guardian's care must be given top priority. We inform you that in the event of violation of this or any related accident, the guardian is fully responsible.
- Pets under 6 months of age or unvaccinated cannot participate in the trip.
- Make sure your pet wears a harness and an identification tag.
- Please wear a manner belt for pets that have not been neutered.
- Please actively care for your pet to avoid any unexpected situations.
- In case of aggressive pets, always make sure they wear a muzzle to prevent them from harming others.
- Please refrain from touching or giving treats to other people's pets without the owner's permission.
- Customers must prepare their own pet food.

- 100% refund if cancelled up to 4 days before departure date
- 80% refund if cancelled up to 3 days before departure date
- 50% refund if cancelled up to 2 days before departure date
- Cancellation/refund is not possible if cancelled 1 day before/on the day of departure
(No refunds will be made if you cannot be contacted due to an error in your mobile phone number or if you cannot attend the event on the day.)
- Based on business hours (09:00 ~ 18:00) and does not include public holidays.
